When a team is off a bye week and winless with a straight up record that is 0 - 4 or worse, a week of rest has certainly helped. As you will note by the chart below, the winless team has produced a spectacular

18 - 01 - 01 = 94% ATS record.

The Rams were "live" in this same system last season and went into New Orleans and won straight up as a double-digit dog. and history repeated itself when the Rams won straight up vs. the Redskins.

Note; the Bengals/Titans line opened at + 6.5 and held firm until Tuesday and closed at + 5.
